Devvrat Himatsingka has over 15 years of experience investing in equities. He was an analyst and adviser at Jet Age Securities Pvt. Ltd. for over 6 years.
He was also tasked with the role of managing risk for clients, and allocating across equities, debt, and commodities. His vast understanding of sectors allows him to follow a sector agnostic approach which helps him generate wealth for his clients.
He later went on to start his own investment advisory firm, Augmenta Research Pvt. Ltd. He has been instrumental in setting up the organisation, garnering AUM, streamlining research and investment processes, as well as managing risk for clients.
Varun Saxena
Partner, In-charge Operations
Has over 16 years of experience in management consulting, and was a partner at YCP Auctus in India, and primarily advised clients in airports, airlines, infrastructure, real estate, and sports sectors.
His work spans transaction advisory, bid advisory, and growth strategy, and execution support along with international expansion. He has supported long standing clients on marquee fundraising and acquisitions in the aviation sector in India and incubating new businesses in domestic as well as foreign markets.
He has done his mechanical engineering from IIT, MBA from IIM Calcutta, and holds CFA charter as well.
He was working at Augmenta as an advisor providing inputs on sector and company research before joining as the CEO/COO of the firm.

Over the years, he has built a good understanding of the sectors he covers, namely, Textiles, Pharma, FMCG, and Chemicals, and has also successfully incorporated quantitative models to help the fundamental research models throw out better results.
Karm Kumar
Research Analyst
Sector-agnostic investment professional with 5+ years across equity research, risk consulting and proprietary trading. He melds rigorous bottom-up modelling with macro context to surface differentiated ideas, brief the portfolio team through crisp, insight-rich reports, Previously, as a Risk Consultant at Ernst & Young, he led large-scale financial-statement spreading for global banking mandates, owning quality control and meeting demanding deadlines.
Off the desk, you’ll find him on a squash court, deep in market history or autobiographies, and exploring fundamental physics.
Sashwat Jalan
Research Analyst
Experience of more than 5 years in equity research. Forayed into sell side at Crisil, tagged to Bernstein’s research team. Last experience in a PMS with AUM of over $200mn.
He has been closely tracking manufacturing companies largely skewed towards consumer, building materials, packaging among others. He is currently also pursuing CFA, enjoys playing tennis and is an avid reader
