Devvrat Himatsingka has over 15 years of experience investing in equities. He was an analyst and adviser at Jet Age Securities Pvt. Ltd. for over 6 years.
He was also tasked with the role of managing risk for clients, and allocating across equities, debt, and commodities. His vast understanding of sectors allows him to follow a sector agnostic approach which helps him generate wealth for his clients.
He later went on to start his own investment advisory firm, Augmenta Research Pvt. Ltd. He has been instrumental in setting up the organisation, garnering AUM, streamlining research and investment processes, as well as managing risk for clients.
Varun Saxena

Varun has over 16 years of experience in management consulting. He was a partner at YCP Auctus in India, and primarily advised clients in airports, airlines, infrastructure, real estate, and sports sectors.
His work spans transaction advisory, bid advisory, and growth strategy, and execution support along with international expansion. He has supported long standing clients on marquee fundraising and acquisitions in the aviation sector in India and incubating new businesses in domestic as well as foreign markets.
He has done his mechanical engineering from IIT Bombay, MBA from IIM Calcutta, and holds CFA charter as well.
He was working at Augmenta as an advisor providing inputs on sector and company research before joining as the CEO/COO of the firm.

Experience of more than 4 years in the financial markets, with past work at organizations like Lucky Investments and Sharekhan providing him with a strong foundation.
He has also cleared CFA Level III. He employs a value-oriented investment framework designed to identify mispriced securities. By synthesizing fundamental analysis with a tactical approach to entry and exit timing, he manages a high-conviction model portfolio that has consistently delivered superior risk-adjusted returns.
He has experience of covering companies across sectors like IT, Power, Auto, Capital Goods, etc. When he’s not diving deep into the markets, Mihir enjoys an active life, spending his free time trekking and playing badminton.
